Carlos (Madrid, 1999) is a performance and conceptual artist who is studying 3nd year in BEAR Fine Arts Program at ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem.

My work is presented primarily through performance, sound poetry, text, sculpture and installation where I explore mundane overlooked elements, power structures and conditions, such as labor, class, urban landscape, microeconomy, alienation, hegemony, communication and political speech. I use greyness as a conceptual and aesthetical parapet that holds those realities historically overshadowed between binary poles or under economical, political and individual interests.  My practice departs from autoethnographic research, cultural archaeology, and employs different anti-communicative and non-linear processes including listing, journaling and continuous writing.
