Real Estate is a site-specific performance project in which I impersonate a real estate agent trying to rent or sell different art venues. The performance comprehends a house viewing in which through the visit I describe the different changes that the future owners or renters have to make in the building to transform it in a business unrelated to art or a liveable space as well as an overview of the contract conditions. Through this project I research and embody the speculative strategies that dominate the real estate market and the housing business.
